How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions go through the App Store: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and pick Rooty. You can also get there from the app: Hearts, then “Manage my subscription”. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I changed phones, how do I get Premium back?
In the app, open the Premium screen and tap “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple account.
How do I keep my progress?
Create a free account from the Profile tab: your progress is saved and synced across your devices.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: the Profile tab, then “Delete my account”. Your account and progress are erased from our servers.
How do I turn off usage statistics?
Settings, Privacy: turn off “Anonymous statistics”.
